OUR RETURNS PROCESS

All returns and exchanges for purchases made on www.otecka.com must be initiated through email at support@otecka.com.

MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Returns apply only to products purchased from our OTECKA.com or OTECKA.ca online store within 30 days of purchase. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your order, excluding outbound shipping costs. In the case of an exchange or store credit request, your replacement order will be sent out once your return is approved by an OTECKA representative. Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

LOCAL RETAILER EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES

Items purchased from local retailers, not from our online store(s), can only be exchanged, not refunded. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses in this case. The same dates and rules apply as listed above. We offer a one-year manufacturer warranty on all products purchased from our websites/stores with proof of purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or purchased from a third-party seller who is not an authorized OTECKA retailer. Any product replacement provided cannot be warrantied.

Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive a response from one of our customer service representatives with the next steps. Please do not send items back without first speaking to an OTECKA Representative, as they will be returned to the sender.
