If you are paying with a credit card, before completing your purchase you may be asked for a secondary authentication in order for your payment to be authorised. In this case, you will need to insert a one-timepassword, an SMS code, or another authentication method, in accordance with theestablished procedures of the credit card provider.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with thedetails of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email.
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify its details. If you wish to purchase additional items, kindly place a new order. For information on returning items, please refer to our Return Policy.
Yes, you can cancel your order, but please do so as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed and shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org

Our delivery costs are flat, and there are no extra costs upon delivery.
- Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours.
- They will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address you provided during the order placement.
- If delivery is not possible, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest UPS Access Point.
Please be aware that our warehouse is closed on public holidays. Plan your orders accordingly as shipments will not be processed on public holidays.

If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 15 days of the delivery date. Here's how:
- Fill out the Return Form.
- Choose the "Exchange" option.
- Select a replacement size and/or color from those available.
We will hold the requested item for you, and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once the package has been dispatched.
Please note that you can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.

We typically accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times, it could take up to 7 business days. Here's how our return process works:

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate when you place the order—no surprises!
Shipping an order to multiple addresses is not available at this time. For delivery to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
No worries, you can easily get a new one. Go to My Account and click "Forgot Password." Follow the prompts to get an email sent to you that will let you reset your password. Then you're good to go.

Otecka does not store your credit card number. When you first save your credit card to your Otecka account, we immediately send your credit card number to our payment processing vendor. That vendor stores and protects your credit card information in its secure data centers. In return, Otecka receives a unique identifier called a "token" from the vendor and stores it in your account. This token doesn't contain your sensitive credit card number, it only represents your credit card to our vendor. The card number can't be reverse engineered from the token, and the token is meaningless to third parties. Using tokens makes your payments more secure because your credit card information resides in only one place—our vendor's secure data centers.

Keeping in mind our production footprint, we aim to donate 'A TEE FOR A TREE' and 'ONE PURCHASE = ONE TREE' for every order through NGOs in South Asia. These trees are planted in the countries from which we source our products. Currently, we are planting trees in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and many more countries in the near future.
